Transparency and governance

Samta Tillu Charitable Trust is a registered nonprofit organisation (registered 2022) working in rural Himachal Pradesh. Transparency is one of our three core values, so this page holds our governing documents and reports, and grows as we do.

We operate under Indian domestic nonprofit regulations. Our FCRA application is targeted for September 2026; until it is granted, we accept contributions from within India only. Donations by Indian taxpayers are tax-deductible under our Section 80G registration.
